Services
The services performed by Bob would include the following:
- Witness location and interview;
- Private presentence reports (state or federal);
- Federal sentencing consulting;
- Client management;
- BOP information/policy;
- Assistance with defense strategy;
- Bail Bond procedures (preparation of PIRT, Deed of Trust and other required documents)
Bob's private presentence reports have in most cases resulted in sentences less than the prosecutor recommended. He is certified as an expert in federal guideline sentencing by the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Eastern District of California. Bob has visited and is very familiar with many state and federal prisons.
He has traveled and worked extensively throughout the United States and Europe.
