Bob’s private presentence reports have in most cases resulted in sentences less than the prosecutor recommended. He is certified as an expert in federal guideline sentencing by the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Eastern District of California. Bob has visited and is very familiar with many state and federal prisons.

Bob and Victoria have traveled and worked extensively throughout the United States and Europe.
